Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time we are unable to ship to other countries. Delivery to Alaska,
Hawaii, and US territories may require additional time and cost; please contact us before ordering if you are in these
areas.
Free Shipping
Shipping within the continental United States is free. Orders are delivered to your door; the carrier does not carry the
equipment inside.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will
receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7–15 days after dispatch. Because our equipment is large and heavy, our logistics partner will contact
you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your
location, carrier schedules, and factors outside our control.
Inspect Your Delivery
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, note it with the delivery team and contact us
within 48 hours at support@xgswxingesiwa.com with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
